In 2001, the Fukushima Prefectural Government sponsored an Expo in Fukushima called the Utsukushima! Utsukushii = beautiful! Get it! Anyway, the Rice Lake House and MIFA participated, and we had a great time. MIFA made dream catchers for 500 yen and sold other stuff. The whole thing was a LOT of work, but very cool and fun.
